I highly recommend racetrack smiles. It was really one of the best experiences I have had at a dental office. If a covered fracture occurs, we’ll provide an exact duplicate replacement of your zirconia prosthesis. Cosmetic changes can be requested for an additional fee.
If an implant fails within the first five years, the implant and prosthesis are fully covered under your 5-Year Warranty. Failures after that period will require a new treatment plan and are not covered.
